Exness, a multi-asset broker, has opened applications for its Fintech Scholarships programme in South Africa. This initiative, now in its second year, aims to support exceptional, underprivileged, and talented students in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Exness partners with the University of Cape Town (UCT) to provide financial assistance to university students studying science and tech-related courses. The scholarships can fully or partially cover tuition fees as well as living expenses. To qualify, applicants must hold an offer of acceptance from the University of Cape Town for Computer Science or Mathematics and maintain a grade average of over 70%. This programme has already empowered three University of Cape Town students and 50 other students from Cyprus and Kenya. Exness plans to expand the programme to more countries in the future.
