Bank of America is offering financial-wellness perks to employees of its commercial-client companies through its Employee Banking & Investing (EBI) program. The program provides employees with financial-education and investing services, as well as access to Bank of America’s Preferred Rewards Gold Tier benefits. Bank of America has gained $10.5bn in new deposits and investments from first-time and existing customers through the program. Over 450 corporate and commercial clients have enrolled in EBI, and the program is expected to grow to 500 clients by mid-year.
